General questions

Which regions do you serve in Turkey and abroad?

We can provide web and digital marketing services remotely across all 81 provinces of Turkey. From our Kepez, Antalya office, we can plan projects for businesses in the UK, US, Ireland, EU and DACH countries, as well as Russia/CIS, Gulf and Arab countries, France, Belgium, Switzerland and other French-speaking markets. These are target markets, not claims of existing clients or branches in those countries. During Turkish or English calls, we agree on time-zone arrangements, file sharing and the approval process.

Do you use ready-made themes?

We determine the design approach according to the project requirements and budget. The proposal explains the scope of brand-specific UI/UX work; we plan the page structure, content hierarchy and conversion journey around your business model.

Which services do you offer?

We have eight main services: web design, business web design, ecommerce, SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, software development and custom PHP/MySQL development. Several services can be planned together; for example, a new website and its SEO foundations can be developed at the same time.

Do you only build websites, or do you also manage advertising?

We do both. Alongside web design and development, we manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube) and Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn advertising. Having the website and campaigns handled by one team helps align landing pages with advertising messages.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. We work with businesses of different sizes, from sole traders to larger companies. We plan the scope around your budget without adding modules you do not need. Further features can be added to the same infrastructure when required.

Process and delivery

How does the project process work?

There are four stages: (1) brief and goals, (2) page planning and design, (3) development, content and testing, and (4) launch and handover. Admin panel training and post-launch support are planned at this stage if included in the scope. We seek your approval at the end of each stage before moving to the next.

How long does a project take?

Delivery times depend on the scope. Product preparation, payment and shipping integrations affect ecommerce schedules; page count, content readiness and integration requirements affect business website schedules. We share the planned delivery schedule in the proposal; the timing of the first sale cannot be guaranteed.

How long does it take to receive a quote?

Quote preparation time depends on the details of the enquiry and our current work schedule. We review form, phone and WhatsApp enquiries during business hours, clarifying the scope first if information is missing. We work weekdays 09:00–18:00, with weekend meetings by appointment.

Do we need to provide the text and images?

Either arrangement is possible. We can use your existing text and images, or write SEO-friendly service and company pages and plan the imagery. Where content production is included, it is listed separately in the proposal.

How many revisions are included?

The revision allowance is stated clearly alongside the scope in the proposal. Feedback is collected together at the design approval stage. Structural changes after approval are treated as additional scope. We clarify this at the outset to avoid unexpected costs.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. Before a redesign, we review the existing content, URL structure and search visibility. We plan suitable 301 redirects for pages whose addresses change. This work aims to reduce the risk of losses during migration; unchanged rankings or backlink impact cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing

What determines website pricing?

Pricing depends on page count, the level of custom design, integrations (payments, shipping, ERP and CRM), language requirements and whether content production is included. We define the scope around your needs and give a project-specific price rather than applying one fixed figure to every project.

Is a quote free and non-binding?

Yes. A quote is free and carries no obligation. After you complete the form, we assess your requirements and share the scope and price in writing. No commitment arises unless you accept the terms.

How are payments arranged?

The payment plan is defined in the proposal according to the project scope and recorded in the contract. Ongoing services such as SEO, advertising management and maintenance use a monthly service model.

Are domain registration and hosting included?

Domain registration and hosting are separate items; the proposal states whether they are included. If you already have a domain and hosting account, we can use them and recommend suitable changes where needed.

SEO and advertising

Do you guarantee first place on Google?

No professional agency can guarantee first place on Google. We build sustainable SEO foundations aimed at better rankings and aligned with Google guidelines, sharing progress through transparent reports. We do not guarantee rankings or improvement; we report the work completed and the changes observed.

How much should I budget for advertising?

Advertising budgets depend on your industry, audience and target area. Highly competitive keywords tend to have higher costs per click. We plan the strategy around your budget and aim to start with the most suitable channel, including for smaller budgets.

When will I see SEO results?

SEO is cumulative. The effects of technical fixes may appear within weeks, while content and authority work often take several months to affect rankings. We therefore plan SEO as ongoing work rather than a one-off task. Outcomes and timing vary.

Do you offer local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation?

Yes. We can assess your needs for local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, NAP consistency (name, address and phone number) and local content planning. The proposal defines which tasks are included. The impact of map visibility varies with the business location, competition and profile status.

Do you optimise for AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews?

Yes. We call this GEO (generative engine optimisation). Structured data (Schema.org), clear question-and-answer sections, content suitable for citation and robots settings that permit relevant AI crawlers help make your content accessible to generative search tools. Inclusion or citation is not guaranteed.

Should I choose Google Ads or SEO?

They address different needs. Google Ads can provide paid traffic once a campaign is approved and live; ad impressions stop when the budget or campaign stops. SEO is longer-term work, and maintaining visibility requires regular monitoring. We assess channel choices according to your goals, budget and existing website.

Technical questions

Will my website have an admin panel?

If you need to update content yourself, we can include an admin panel in the project scope. The proposal clarifies which page, blog, service, image and SEO fields can be edited and the scope of admin panel training.

How do you approach mobile use?

We address mobile-first design and testing at different screen sizes in the project plan. Target screens, browsers and acceptance criteria are defined in the scope. We focus on readability, navigation and form use on mobile devices.

What do you do for website speed and Core Web Vitals?

We serve correctly sized WebP/AVIF images, inline critical CSS, defer JavaScript and configure browser caching and Brotli/gzip compression. We aim to meet Google's “good” thresholds for LCP, CLS and INP, without promising a fixed score for every real-world visit.

Which technologies do you use?

For custom development, we use PHP 8 and MySQL 8 with REST API support and infrastructure designed to scale. Ecommerce work can include payment gateway, shipping, marketplace and e-invoicing integrations. Business projects can include CRM/ERP connections and automation.

Can you build multilingual websites?

Yes. We can include multilingual requirements in the business web design scope. Separate URLs, hreflang tags and language-specific metadata are planned for each language. This structure gives search engines language and regional signals; search engines decide which page to display.

Do you also develop mobile apps?

Yes. Our development services include iOS and Android apps, admin panels, API integrations, automation and AI chatbots. Mobile apps are usually planned to share an API with the existing web infrastructure.

Maintenance and security

Do you provide post-launch support?

We assess post-launch support needs at the start of the project. If you choose a maintenance package, the proposal specifies the scope and duration of updates, backup checks, security patches and improvement work.

What does a maintenance package cover?

A maintenance package may include server and software updates, backup checks, security monitoring, broken-link and error tracking, minor text or image updates, or performance checks. The contract lists the included tasks, their frequency and access responsibilities item by item.

What happens if my website is hacked?

Incident response is planned according to the maintenance contract and available access. We assess steps such as securing the website, removing malicious files, renewing access credentials and restoring a suitable clean backup if available. We investigate the entry point and apply hardening measures; full recovery or freedom from further attacks cannot be guaranteed.

Who owns the website and its data?

You own the website, design, content and database. The domain and hosting accounts are registered in your name. On request, we provide a backup of all files and the database. We do not impose vendor lock-in.

Do you address KVKK requirements?

Technical provisions for forms, cookie information, a privacy policy and a KVKK privacy notice can be planned within the project scope. Whether explicit consent is required and the legal content of the notices should be assessed according to the business’s data processing activities. We plan authorised access to fields containing personal data; technical implementation alone does not guarantee KVKK compliance.
