What happens after I submit the form?

01
Needs analysis
We read your enquiry to understand the problem you want to solve. If technical details are missing, we may ask questions to fill the gaps. You do not need to prepare a lengthy specification.
-
02
Defining the scope
We separate expectations into work to be carried out and items outside the scope. A new build and improvements to an existing system are assessed differently. The condition of connected systems also matters.
-
03
Written proposal
The work items, pricing and working terms for the assessed requirements are explained in a written proposal. A final scope may not be possible until missing information is clarified. Requesting a quote is free.

The decision is yours
Review the document and ask about anything unclear. Work starts only when both parties agree on the terms. Details of personal data processing are available in the privacy notice linked from the form.
What can you include in your project description?
A useful starting brief describes your daily work rather than relying on technical terms. Use concrete examples such as “customers need to send us this information” or “we do not want to enter stock data twice”. The headings below can help organise your enquiry:
- Your existing website address, if you have one. Explain which sections you want to keep and which should change. Also tell us who has access to the domain and current infrastructure.
- Examples that inspire you. Explain what you like about each link. Menu structure, product presentation and colour preferences are different requirements.
- Approximate page or product count. If you do not know the exact number, describe the content groups. Include any product options, variants or bulk import requirements.
- Required integrations. Share the names of your payment, accounting or customer management systems. The availability of accounts and integration documentation affects the assessment.
- Content readiness. Describe how ready your text, photos and logo files are. It also helps to name the people who will review and approve the content.
- Target date. If there is an event or a season starting, explain why the date matters. A requested date is an expectation whose feasibility needs separate assessment.
